jAlcoMeter - Your Personal Drinking Monitor
jAlcoMeter is a free Android application that monitors your blood alcohol content (BAC) and drinking habits. It allows you to mark each drink you consume and stores all your drinking history, which you can later browse at your leisure. To ensure accurate BAC estimation calculations, you need to enter your gender and weight information.
The app comes with a customizable drink library, allowing you to edit your favorite drinks and mark them as quick access. Additionally, you can select a few favorite drinks to appear on the main screen. jAlcoMeter includes a widget that shows your current intoxication level and lets you drink your favorite drinks without opening the app. All drinking data is kept strictly on your phone, and the network privileges are only used to show ads and buy the license.
jAlcoMeter is based on the famous jAlkaMetri monitoring software, developed by Tuukka Haapasalo for the Symbian 40 and 60 series Nokia phones. The Android version is an improvement on the basic principle, making it a must-have app for those who want to keep track of their drinking habits.
